How we handle updates and gentle changes to this agreement

Nurphy Nannies may update these terms whenever needed to improve clarity and service. Any modification becomes valid the moment it is published on our website. We encourage you to review them occasionally to stay informed. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept these updates with full transparency.

The way we manage your payments and our service fees

Payments are made according to what was agreed during booking and may be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on what suits your family best. Late payments may result in additional charges or temporary service suspension, always communicated clearly. Our goal is to maintain stability and fairness for both you and the assigned nanny.

What you should know when cancelling or requesting a refund

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 25% fee will apply, as that time was reserved exclusively for your family. This ensures fairness toward the nanny’s time and availability. Refund requests are reviewed individually, always seeking balance and kindness. We maintain a transparent process that respects both your needs and the team’s work.

Your role as a family and what we kindly expect from you

Clients must provide clear, updated information and ensure a safe and respectful environment for the nanny. Any change in schedules, routines or tasks must be communicated early to adjust responsibly. We support each step of the process, but home dynamics remain the family’s responsibility. Together, we aim to create a gentle and harmonious space.

How service changes and adjustments are coordinated

If you need to adjust schedules, activities or care details, please inform us as early as possible so we can coordinate the changes properly. Modifications depend on availability and daily logistics, so early communication prevents interruptions. Late or sudden changes may affect continuity. We work to keep everything flowing with clarity and calm.

The care, safety and training that support our entire service

All our nannies undergo background checks, updated training and first-aid certification. We follow clear safety standards to provide responsible and professional care. Families are also expected to follow local labor regulations. These guidelines protect both sides and help maintain a high level of service and trust.

Our caring policy on confidentiality and direct hiring

All information, fees and contacts shared through the agency are confidential. Directly hiring a nanny introduced by Nurphy Nannies is not permitted, and violations will result in a penalty equal to one full month of service. This protects the process, the nanny’s rights and the integrity of the service. We care for our families and nannies with fairness and respect.

The legal foundation that guides and protects this agreement

This agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the service is provided, whether Spain or Malta. In case of disagreement, both parties accept the jurisdiction of local courts. This legal framework ensures a transparent, fair and well-structured process. Our aim is to offer a service supported by clarity, trust and care.
